Wholesome Greek Yogurt Bowl - With Berries, Nuts and Seeds

Greek yogurt is packed with protein, probiotics and a velvety consistency.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ounce nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts or depending what is available) 
  • 1/2 ounce Seeds (pumpkin, chia and/or flaxseeds, according to your preference)
  • 1 tbsp 100% dark chocolate
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Honey for drizzling (optional)


Place Greek yogurt in a bowl and top with the mixed berries. Sprinkle the nuts and seeds then add the dark chocolate and cinnamon. 

Drizzle with honey if preferred.
